Make It Easier to Rename Items and Add Multi-Select Feature for Projects Beta

So far, I'm really enjoying the new projects spreadsheet style. It reminds heavily of Notion and apps like that, so to see this getting integrated into Github is refreshing. However, I'm finding it rather tedious to click on the item to open up a dialog box, and then click on "edit", and finally able to rename the item. It would be easier if we can just single-click on the item's name, single click on the cell to selected it (as it currently is), or double click on the name in order to bring up the dialog box to take care of sub-tasks, etc.

Another cool feature to implement would be multi-select. Let use select multiple cells and edit different fields, such as the contributor, or the status, etc.

Nvm. I figured out that you can rename the time by clicking on the name of an item when you convert it to a pull request.
