I'm using Copilot plugin in Intellij IDE (2025.1), and the authorize button just won't work. I have restarted the IDE many times.

I had the exact same problem moving to Intellij 2025.1. A logout from github copilot solved it for me. Go to Tools -> Github Copilot -> Logout from GitHub and then log back again.
