Could we add a like button to the pull requests?

Hello,

In PR's we have a plus icon to start a conversation. Could we have a possibility to just add a like to a line of code?

Adding this kind of feedback is possible by starting a conversation, but sometimes (often too) i find myself wanting to just like a row without wanting to open a conversation.
