HELP! I am a Pro + User, paid, and I am getting only Free Level Support, and Models. I have paid since May 27th, and waited until June 2nd to start putting tickets on my support page, which states I am a Free User. I have now had 2 fabulous Community people in the forum try and help, but nobody yet that has their hand on Github subscription information. My problem, is I am in a catch 22, I cannot reach anyone from Github, and not getting what I pay for. A total disconnect.
I believe I am flagged improperly as a FREE user, but am a paid in full Pro + user, stranded on the island of NO SUPPORT.
I have done all that has been suggested from the community, logged out, logged in, put what you see in the title of my ticket, cleared my cache, cleared my cookies, history etc. I am pretty savy with technology, been doing this for over 30 years, lol. I am very patient, and the models provided have worked well for me, but I should get what I pay for. Direct Support and Models advertised, and for which are positively enabled in my settings such as Claude 4 Opus.
Anyone that can help me reach out to someone with Github/Copilot that can help me through this would be very amazing. Again, I just want it to work.
This morning, I reset everything, cleared all cookies, am sending like the 5 or 6th SOS discussion/ticket, and just need a human being. I even went through the AI version of support, it just said it could not help and left me stranded.
Thanks so much for anyone that can help get me to a real Github/Copilot support person that would work on anyones subscription, payment etc...
Thanks you so much for anyone's help at getting this discussion to someone actually associated to the Backend of Github/Copilot. I love the product, just need to get what I am paying for. I need a huuuuuuuuuman! :)
