1. Adding Users & Managing Licenses:

For teams or organizations, you can manage Copilot licenses centrally through GitHub’s organization settings.
Go to your organization’s "Billing & plans" page, then select "Copilot".
You can add (or remove) users by inviting them to your organization and assigning them a Copilot seat.
You can also assign Copilot licenses to all members, or to specific teams.

2. Administrative Tools & Centralized Billing:

GitHub Organizations and Enterprises have access to admin tools for assigning, revoking, and monitoring Copilot licenses.
Billing is centralized—one invoice covers all users under the organization or enterprise.

3. Pricing Structure:

As of July 2025, Copilot for Business is priced at $19 USD per user/month.
For larger organizations, GitHub Enterprise licensing may offer additional management features and support.
