GITHUB STUDENT BENIFIT REQUEST WAS APPROVED BUT BENIFITS NOT COME TILL NOW PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER IT WAS WRITTEN THAT YOU WILL GET BENIFITS UNDER 3 DAYS BUT 3 DAYS HAD BEEN GONE

Hi! If your GitHub Student benefits were approved but you haven’t received them after more than 3 days, here are some steps you can take:

Check your email:
Sometimes, benefit activation emails (with further instructions) can end up in your spam or promotions folder.

Visit the Student Developer Pack page:
Go to https://education.github.com/pack while logged in and see if your benefits show as active.

Log out and log back in:
Occasionally logging out of GitHub and back in can refresh your account and display your benefits.

Check eligibility and verification:
Double-check that you’ve completed any additional verification steps requested by GitHub (such as uploading documents or verifying your student status).

Contact GitHub Education Support:
If you still don’t see your benefits, contact GitHub Education Support directly and provide them with the details of your application and approval email.

Benefits usually show up within 3 days, but sometimes there can be a delay. GitHub Support can help you resolve this if you reach out.

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once approved, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
