hello, everyone
I am a student living in Korea so I should be eligible for student benefits but I have tried 4 times so far and failed all of them. I even tried to attach my student record but failed. The reason was that my name did not match the billing information. So I tried to change my name but they rejected me saying my name was too short. But Korean people's names are 1 to 2 letters for the last name and 1 to 4 letters for the first name so how can I make it long? Please help me.
