why i cannot verified for education benefit as a online student from India and registrar in ARIZONA state university having ID card but just because of low quality and location different i cannot use i need support from you guys to solve this problem. thank you

YOU SHOULD

• Upload a clear, high-resolution image of your student ID or, better, an official enrollment letter from ASU.
