About 3 weeks ago, I subscribed to GitHub Copilot Pro+ with a yearly payment of $390. Unfortunately, after just a few hours of usage, I received a “premium quota” warning — and I haven’t been able to use the service since.
I’ve contacted GitHub Support multiple times, but after 23 days, I still haven’t received any response. There are hundreds of users in the forums reporting the exact same issue, many of whom are also being ignored.
From a major tech company, the very least we expect is timely and respectful customer support — especially for paid services. But GitHub is seriously falling short. Paying for a premium plan and receiving no help when it stops working is simply unacceptable.
I'm sharing this to raise awareness and encourage others experiencing the same issue to speak up. Let’s make GitHub’s lack of accountability visible until something changes.
