Hi @tango-091, If you're not part of a verifiable distance learning program, you'll have to submit your application when you return to your campus, otherwise it will be rejected again due to location mismatch, as also stated in the Student Developer Pack Application FAQs:

This can be tricky because GitHub usually checks if students are near their campus unless they officially study remotely. Here’s what you can do: Ask your university for a letter that clearly says you’re allowed to study or do your internship remotely. If your course isn’t officially remote but you’re temporarily away for your internship, explain this in a support ticket and provide your university’s official letter about your break/internship. If GitHub’s info about your school is wrong or incomplete, tell them using the “my school has incorrect or incomplete information” option. If none of this helps, you might need to wait until you’re back near your university to apply again. You can get help by contacting GitHub Education Support here: https://support.github.com/contact/education Adding clear documents and explaining your temporary situation usually helps resolve these problems. |

Hi everyone,
I'm at my hometown since my university provided a 2 month gap for my internship, hence my current location doesnt match with the university location. On uploading recommendation letters by the university, github is still insisting that the application must be denied since there is nothing "remote" on my uni id.
