Unable to reverify application

Hi everyone,

I currently have my Education benefits with Github but it expires in 14 days, so I went to reverify my application but it will not let me process with the application. I click on "student" and select my school, but when I try to continue, it will not let me click on the button. I attempt to "share my location" to see if it will work but it then just comes up with an error.

I recommend you submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If the problem persists, contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

It sounds like you’re running into a browser or verification issue with the GitHub Education application. You can try:

Clearing your browser cache or using incognito/private mode – sometimes old session data can block buttons.

Using a different browser or device – certain extensions or settings can interfere with location sharing.
