Error while applying for the student dev pack.

Hi everyone,

For context, I created an account with my current email address, but then deleted that account around a week ago. Now, I am having issues on the new account (I DIDN'T GET ACCEPTED ON THE OLD ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE DELETED.)

Also, I have a temporary ID Card from my college, but that is of no relevance to my issue.

Whenever on the page to submit my proof document (my id card), I do as instructed and selected the "Good" proof option as well. But when I click on submit application, the page refreshes and I can never submit the application (its a loop).

Also, this red triangle is formed. What to do?

Usually this issue is solved by submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

These users solved it by using the phone: #162877, #168688

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
