Expected:
A properly designed and tagged table would have the row header for each row by the product name, such as Copilot or Premium Requests. The screen reader would then announce that as the user moved down any column, along with the value for that row related to the row header. That is you would know the row header and the value. By default, the column header would not be read as you moved down a column because you are not changing columns. As you move over a row, the column header is announced because that part of the table work is correct.
