I checked something specific, but there might be more errors.

In the English doc

We have the permission
"Create, update, and delete GitHub Actions secrets on GitHub.com"
Which is available with the write role.

In the German doc

This is

This is missing the "on GitHub.com" part (as opposed to using the API) and is listed as requiring admin?
Assuming the roles don't change based on language, this is wrong.
