Technical Bug on Arduino Cloud while redeeming

Hi everyone,

I recently signed up for the GitHub Education Pack which gives me 6 Months of Free Arduino Cloud, when I went to redeem it on their website, it gave me a coupon code, its the next day now, I can't find the coupon code to complete the purchase, its showing me that its already redeemed but I clearly haven't redeemed it if I'm still on the Free Plan according to my account profile details.

If you can't redeem it, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
