I had to approve the GitHub Marketplace Developer Agreement v2.4 before being able to publish a new version of my package to the marketplace. This thing show up in the release drafting page. In a modal, that couldn't be more than 640x480 pixels.
Yes, "I agreed" to those terms, after cussing that I can't open them in a new tab to read them, or get a note on what has change since the last time I read them, when they become mandatory seconds before I have to do a release.
