When creating a sub-issue from an existing issue that has a checkbox via checkbox > hamburger menu > "Convert to sub-issue", the sub-issue bypasses the rule:
blank_issues_enabled: falsein.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.ymlallowing for an empty sub-issue to be created. It would be nice if this rule was not bypassed and either the parent issue template is used or a new sub-issue template can be used by default which could be set by creating an issue template with a specific name such as "sub-issue"Guidelines
