I can't seem to download anything in "Releases" (release-assets.githubusercontent.com)

So, I'm trying to run Yolo11 for training of custom data sets.
on the part of Training, i run
yolo detect train data=data.yaml model=yolo11s.pt epochs=60 imgsz=640
it should train a model from ultralytics github page releases. After trying multiple times to run this. it always fails. downloading from
release-assets.githubusercontent.com is not possible for me.

I also tried to ping the that link and it says that the link
TTL expired in transit

I looked around and found that this could be a routing loop with my ISP..
