Background and Problem Statement
I'm administrating an Enterprise migration of code from Azure DevOps to GitHub as part of a modernization effort over the past 5-6 months. As the volume of org-owned code grows (~1000 repositories), the code search functionality and reliability has proven to be sub-optimal, or downright incorrect in situations that the on-prem Azure DevOps "code search" was handling flawlessly.
