Today I was thinking that there is no way to let someone know you are reviewing their PR unless you use another method outside GH (a messaging app, or some sort of communication off platform).
Would it be possible to add something to the pull request timeline that suggest that you started a review but have not submitted it yet??
This would help avoid having multiple team members do a review at the same time which usually leads to duplicate comments, and it also takes off the need to use a separate app to let people know you are actively reviewing their PR.
