I handled everthing denied reasons want but i continuously denied from system with this reasons

Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. If your transcript is in your native language, translate it to English and submit a photo of both. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

1. Match your full name - Update both your GitHub billing information and profile to show your full legal name exactly as written on your academic document (no nicknames or abbreviations).
2. Include a valid date - Make sure your academic document clearly shows a date proving your current enrollment or employment. If the date uses a non-standard calendar, include a version with the converted date or add a note beside it.
3. Use both versions if needed - If your document is in another language, attach both the original and an English translation side by side in one image.
4. Log out and back in - After updating your information, log out of GitHub and log back in before re-applying. The Education verification system sometimes doesn’t refresh profile changes automatically.
5. Try another device or browser - Some users fixed repeated denials by submitting the application from a smartphone or different PC.

If you’ve done all of the above and still get denied, contact GitHub Support and choose “GitHub Education program or benefits” as the topic. Explain the situation clearly and attach screenshots of your document and billing info for faster resolution.

2.Current Academic Proof – The uploaded document (ID card, transcript, or enrollment certificate) must show:

• A visible date proving current enrollment (e.g., current semester, valid year, or issue date).
• The institution name and your full name clearly readable.

3.Profile Update & Cache – After updating your name in your GitHub profile → Settings → Profile, log out and log back in before submitting again. This refreshes your account metadata for the verification system.

4.Multiple Documents – If your student ID doesn’t include a date, combine it with another document (like a fee receipt or letter) in the same image.
