Hi @2symin, Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. If your transcript is in your native language, translate it to English and submit a photo of both. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. For further reference, take a look at this discussion, as this user solved it by doing this: #164204 If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi @2symin, It sounds like the system is still detecting a mismatch between your GitHub account details and your academic document. Here’s what you can try to fix it:
If you’ve done all of the above and still get denied, contact GitHub Support and choose “GitHub Education program or benefits” as the topic. Explain the situation clearly and attach screenshots of your document and billing info for faster resolution. Hope this helps! |

Hi @leejimin 👋 or @2symin 1.Exact Name Match – Your GitHub profile full name and your academic document name must be identical (no initials, nicknames, or extra spaces).
2.Current Academic Proof – The uploaded document (ID card, transcript, or enrollment certificate) must show:
3.Profile Update & Cache – After updating your name in your GitHub profile → Settings → Profile, log out and log back in before submitting again. This refreshes your account metadata for the verification system. 4.Multiple Documents – If your student ID doesn’t include a date, combine it with another document (like a fee receipt or letter) in the same image. |

Hey there! 👋 Thanks for posting in the GitHub Community, @2symin! We're happy you're here. You are more likely to get a useful response if you are posting in the applicable category. The Accessibility category is a place for our community to discuss and provide feedback on the digital accessibility of GitHub products. Digital accessibility means that GitHub tools, and technologies, are designed and developed so that people with disabilities can use them. I've gone ahead and moved this to the correct category for you. Good luck! |

Hi @2symin 👋 It sounds like the verification system is still detecting a mismatch between your GitHub account information and your academic document. Here’s a quick checklist to make sure everything aligns:
If you’ve already done all this and still get denied, open a ticket with GitHub Education Support — select “GitHub Education program or benefits” and include your document and screenshots of your profile details for faster review. Hope that helps you get verified! 🎓 |

I handled everthing denied reasons want but i continuously denied from system with this reasons
Reason(s):
Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your last name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields of your GitHub billing information.
Your document does not appear to include a date demonstrating current academic affiliation. For countries utilizing non-standard calendars, you may need to capture the original document beside one with a converted date. You may include multiple documents in your image, so long as they are legible.
Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. Variations of your name and nicknames are unacceptable.
You are unlikely to be verified until you have completed your GitHub user profile with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. Please do not use a variation of your name or a nickname. Once you have updated your profile information log out and log back into GitHub before re-applying.
I checked every factors closely
