Ghost notification that can't be removed

Hello,

I'm getting a ghost Github notification that I can't get rid of.

Looks like that it was some spam repo, where likely some automatic service tagged me. As such, the repo was likely removed by Github, but some notifications stayed in the system and I couldn't find any way to remove this.

When I attempt to open the repo manually (https://github.com/ycombinatoor), there's a 404.

There are a couple of workarounds to "fix" this.

1. Open your browser console, type allow pasting, then copy and paste the following code into your browser console and execute it (you may need to run it multiple times for it to take effect.):

2. Create a new token here, select the "Notifications" scope and run this:
