Files changed page doesn't allow scrolling the Filter Options

Hi,

When reviewing a PR in the "Files changed" page I wanted to filter out the "Viewed Files" but on my 14-inch macbook Pro it seems that this filter is not visible, and there doesn't seem to be a way of scrolling to the bottom of the "Filter Options" list.
