Organization secrets suddenly aren't found

We have a CI config that uses AWS organization secrets, and have been doing that for the past few years.

Prior to today, everything perfectly. Now, these secrets aren't found, and when attempting to use said secrets to log into aws cli, we get Unable to locate credentials.

Context:

1. Previous attempts worked (and an older run printed these secrets to verify something else, resulting in a **** string).
2. Now, when trying to print these secrets, they appear empty (i.e "SecretName: ", instead of "SecretName: *****")
3. These organization secrets are exposed to the repo we're running the CI from.
4. The repo is not a fork.
5. The names of the secrets match what appears in the organization secrets screen.
6. Actions are, of course, enabled in said repo.
