Being charged for god knows what! Even when being under Copilot Premium request quota!

Title: Unexpected $9.33 Charge for Copilot Pro — Need Clarification

I subscribed to Copilot Pro on 12 Oct 2025. My usage has been within the allowed limits:

• October: 52 premium requests (under the 300 limit, and the first month should be free)
• November (so far): 76 premium requests

There is no other GitHub product usage on this account.

Despite this, I have been billed $9.33 around 14th Nov, 2025.

I need clarification on, why a charge was applied despite staying within the quota.

I understand that the “first month free” might not apply to my account due to certain circumstances, but I’m still curious — if the free month didn’t apply, why is the charge $9.33? The Copilot Pro subscription is listed as $10.00, so the billed amount seems inconsistent.

And yeah, i already have opened a ticket.
