Hello GitHub Community and Support Team,
I am writing here to urgently seek assistance regarding a support ticket that has gone unanswered for over two months.
Context: I need to modify my billing information, but I cannot do this on my own settings page.
Timeline:
Ticket Submitted: September 13, 2024

Status: Still waiting for the first response.
I understand that the support team is busy, but it has been over 60 days since I submitted this request. This delay is currently blocking me from processing the payment for Copilot.
Could a GitHub Staff member please look into this ticket or escalate it to the billing team?
