Academic affiliation REJECTED, I don't understand why

Hi everyone,

Hello all,
My application keeps getting rejected, saying "we were unable to verify your academic affiliation based on the info. you submitted", and the thing is my college is registered in their college list, my college doesn't provide its own emails though. I submitted an application using my laptop, with a clear image of my ID card that correctly displays my name, college name, date of session, which ends in 2027, etc. And still after all of this, I keep getting rejected. Help me with this y'all.

Hi @FrenziedSword,

Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

Now there's a different error after logging out nd logging in back. Also, my billing info if filled and my names and all are correct.

I tried for support but now, they are not allowing tickets for rejected applications. But anyway, isn't this different? It's an error while submitting.
Lemme try a different device
