Copilot in GitHub
Body
I've been trying to contact Github support for four days. The only option is to submit a ticket, which no one responds to. It's a joke that such a large company only offers this form of support. When I purchased an annual Github Copilot Pro plus license, a payment error occurred. My card was temporarily blocked, but the $390 payment went through and was transferred to Github. Then I received an email saying Github had a problem with the payment and that I needed to update my card information. I checked with my bank, and the bank confirmed that the money was transferred to Github. Unfortunately, I still don't see the purchased license in the payment settings panel, and my payment isn't listed in my purchase history to attempt an invoice. First, I can't settle the payment now, and second, I haven't been able to use the service for several days now. And I don't have the money. Can anyone help me with this?
