“Add review” button not visible on mobile

Hi, I was tagged as a reviewer on a PR, but I was not able to leave a review, approve, or reject in the current version.

This is in a company repo so I can't link the PR, but I have not encountered this problem before.

Ok looks like the issue is trying to just do an LGTM stamp with no comment - once I added a comment to a different PR, I was able to submit that as a review with all appropriate options.
