Using Github Codespaces, I can execute exactly one terminal command. Subsequent terminal commands are met with errors. This is reproducible.
The second command (it doesn't matter what command, I used "ls" for both), is met with (I asked the agent to tell me the error):
"ERROR while calling tool: ENOPRO: No file system provider found for resource 'file:///workspaces/xyz' Please check your input and try again."
Steps to reproduce:
Expected: I expected Copilot to be able to run more than one terminal command
