Hi everyone,

My application may have been denied because my University ID lacks an expiration date. Please note that no faculty IDs issued by my university include an expiration date, as they are permanent identifications for active "Personal Docente" (Teaching Staff). I am currently in my second semester of employment.

To fully validate my active status, I have an official Appointment Letter signed by the Rector. This letter confirms my active faculty position. Please note that this document is in Spanish.

Could you please confirm the best way to submit this Spanish-language letter within the application or appeal process? I want to ensure my active, permanent status is clearly validated for approval.
