It looks like Dependabot generated a GitHub Actions workflow with a malformed URL, pointing to githb instead of github. This is likely a bug in how the action or Dependabot constructs the URI, not something you misconfigured. For now, the best you can do is manually correct the URL in the workflow file and keep the discussion open so GitHub or the Dependabot team can track and fix the underlying generator issue.

It’s only this comment. The issue is limited to the link that points to the Dependabot alerts page. Other URIs Dependabot updates or references are not affected as I can see.

In that case, it should be a quick fix on your side to update the URL to github instead of githb.
