Redirected to pricing page when trying to reapply

Hi everyone,

Whenever I try to reapply for GitHub Education benefits, I am redirected to the pricing page (at https://github.com/pricing).
I did open a ticket about it, but it was immediately closed and I appear to be completely unable to make new tickets (it silently fails).
There are many similar discussions about this, but I can't even contact support since I can't make new tickets, so I'm here.

To the "people" who provide generic responses like "log in and out", "did you try contacting support", and the like, please do not reply to this post, you are vultures.

I’m experiencing the same issue, and I also tried creating a support ticket the same way you did. I ran into the exact same problem-my tickets were automatically closed without any response. I asked GitHub Copilot about it, and it suggested creating the ticket under the Account Issue / Account Restriction category instead, as those tickets don’t get automatically closed.

thanks for the reply, i appear to be banned from making tickets, no matter what category i select, it silently fails to make the ticket
