I am seeing following prompt every time , i want to avoid asking for prompt instead it should push directly to remote repo with out prompt, please suggest

You can avoid it either by switching to SSH key's or by using a Git Credential Helper for HTTPS ;)

I would like to use Git Credential Helper , can you provide more details on this on how to implement

its more complicated actually but if u want it u can just use a credential manager included with your operating system, for win u can use Windows (Git Credential Manager) using this cmd: git config --global credential.helper manager-core
(You'll be prompted once to enter your USER and your PAT ,to securely store this PAT for future pushes.)

I tried to execute command you have given but it did not prompt for anything. Can you please suggest what to do here ?

and mine is windows machine, do i need to add anything in git credential manager? if yes where and what needs to be done

the command is meant to set the configuration, not trigger the authentication. the prompt only appears when Git actually needs credentials. there's a solution but its seems more risky u'll need to manually delete any stored GitHub login information to force the system to ask for the new Personal Access Token (PAT).
