Make commit SHA clickable in Deployments view

Problem and context

Currently, on the Deployments page, the commit SHA is displayed but truncated and not clickable. When I need to view the commit details or diff, I have to:

1. Manually select and copy the truncated commit SHA
2. Navigate to the commits page (or replace the URL if I know the pattern)
3. Use Ctrl+F to search for the SHA
4. Paste and find the commit on the correct page

This is particularly frustrating when a deployment doesn't have an associated PR, as there's no direct link to view what was actually deployed.

Solution idea

Make the commit SHA a clickable link that either:

• Links directly to the commit detail page (e.g., github.com/lindeberg/project-name/commit/), or
• Links to the commit diff view

Also, don't truncate the SHA unless necessary. And mybe add a "copy SHA" button next to the commit reference?
