GitHub Education student application auto-denied multiple times (no school email)

I'm a high school student from Hungary and I'm trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but my application keeps getting automatically denied.

My GitHub username: bedike16
My full legal name: Bozsik Bence
My school: “Vak Botty��n János Katolikus Műszaki és Közgazdasági Technikum, Gimnázium és Kollégium” in Hungary.

I do not have a school email address because my school does not provide one, so I am applying using official documents instead.

What I already did:

• Set my GitHub profile name to exactly “Bozsik Bence”.
• Set my billing information to First name: “Bence”, Last name: “Bozsik”, Country: Hungary.
• Logged out and logged back in after changing this information.
• Selected “3. Dated enrollment letter on school letterhead – Fair” as my proof type.
• Uploaded a clear photo of my official Hungarian enrollment certificate that shows:
  • my full name “Bozsik Bence”
  • my full school name
  • a current date (2025-11-28)
  • school stamp and signature
• I also tried including an English translation of the document next to the original in the same photo.

However, every time my application is denied with the same automatic reasons, for example:

• “The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name.”
• “Your document does not appear to include a date demonstrating current academic affiliation.”
• “Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name and last name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information.”
  Even though all of these things are actually visible and correct in my document and my profile/billing info matches my legal name.

Because the docs say we should not post images of our evidence here, I’m not attaching the document itself, but it is a standard Hungarian “enrollment / student status certificate” issued by my school office.

My questions:

• Is there anything else I can do to get the automated system to recognize my document?
• Is a Hungarian “student status / enrollment certificate” acceptable proof, or do I need some other document?
• Has anyone from a non-English speaking high school had a similar problem and solved it?

Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your last name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields of your GitHub billing information.
The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. Your complete school name must appear in your document, not only the school logo. You may include multiple documents together. If your official document is not in English then you may photograph the original next to an English translation.
Your document does not appear to include a date demonstrating current academic affiliation. For countries utilizing non-standard calendars, you may need to capture the original document beside one with a converted date. You may include multiple documents in your image, so long as they are legible.
Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. Variations of your name and nicknames are unacceptable.
You are unlikely to be verified until you have completed your GitHub user profile with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. Please do not use a variation of your name or a nickname. Once you have updated your profile information log out and log back into GitHub before re-applying.

Hi! Hungarian enrolment certificates can be accepted, but GitHub’s automated system often struggles with non-English documents. Make sure:

• Your full legal name and school name exactly match your GitHub profile/billing info.
• The document is high-resolution (JPEG/PNG) and clearly shows the date, signature, and stamp.
• Include a separate English translation, not just side-by-side.

If it keeps getting auto-denied, the best option is to contact GitHub Education support and request a manual review—they can verify your document even if the system fails.
