Getting denied on my application due to inability of recognising my legal name. Please, help

Hi everyone,

Dear all! I am a student from Russia, and I'm trying hard to get GH Edu status.
Unfortunately I can't pass through the validation stage of my application - it got denied with the message above.
Could anyone please share any ways to pass through?

Hi @sergeypugin,

Make sure to translate your academic transcript from Russian to English and then fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your translated full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
