I was charged 5x despite not using my monthly credits

Hi everyone,

what is happning with my account can someone from support team please help out. I only have $0.52 spent from
$4.00 budget. as a github education memeber i get $4 usd descount per month till 2027. so what is happing. this is what it says on the invoice.
