safari works, but chrome is not working Version 141.0.7390.108 (Official Build) (arm64)

Is this new banner screwing things over ->

I even was on page https://www.npmjs.com/support clicking the pulldown and the pulldown does not open.

The site is very frustrating. I can't click github actions, etc. etc.

This is all in chrome Version 141.0.7390.108 (Official Build) (arm64)
