It says Rate limit reached, but it’s zero usage everywhere

It suddenly stopped working copilot in GitHub. Says some limit is reached or credit card not working, I was on a trial period so I payed for the copilot prop version, and GitHub had no problem charge my credit card… but still says the same error.

all usage is zero. I have raised two tickets here, but GitHub don’t respond. What is this?
