GitHub education re-verification issue

Hi everyone,

It says my academic discount will expire in <2 weeks (screenshot 1). After navigating to re-verify my application (screenshot 2), it directs me to Copilot plans (screenshot 3). I looked at other similar discussions and saw that someone was able to get it fixed. I was wondering if I could receive assistance with resolving this issue?
