🔐 Enterprise & Governance

• 🔑 Bring your own key (BYOK) for enterprise customers now in public preview — Use your own Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI keys for full control over model access, billing, and compliance.
• 📈 Organization admins can now set usage limits per team or repository — Granular budgeting for premium requests—allocate higher limits to core teams, cap experimental projects.
• 🔒 Fine-grain permissions now available for Copilot usage metrics API — Define who can read adoption dashboards, export data, or audit model usage with new scoped tokens.
• 📋 Organization custom instructions now support file-based configuration — Version-control your org-wide Copilot instructions in a .github repo—easier rollout, audit trails, and rollback.
• 🗃️ Legacy CSV-based usage reports are deprecated; migrate to the Usage API — The old CSV export is retired Dec 31, 2025. Switch to the new Usage API for real-time insights and better integrations.

• Anthropic Claude Opus 4.5 now available in public preview — Opus 4.5 brings better code understanding and creative problem-solving—ideal for refactoring, architecture planning, and greenfield projects.
• Google Gemini 3 Pro now available in public preview — Gemini 3 Pro excels at data transformation, analytics, and multimodal tasks—attach CSVs, charts, or logs and get instant insights.
• Raptor mini model now available for faster lightweight coding tasks — Lightning-fast model optimized for completions, quick scripts, and repetitive tasks—lower latency, fewer tokens.
• Claude Sonnet 3.5 deprecated; users encouraged to upgrade to Opus 4.5 — Sonnet 3.5 will be removed Jan 31, 2026. Migrate to Opus 4.5 for continued support and improved performance.
