This is a classic soft suspension / trust & safety review state. The account is visible to the owner and Git works fine, but the profile + repos return 404 to everyone else. It usually happens automatically when GitHub detects unusual activity (new email, sudden push volume, etc.). No banner is shown to the owner, very common complaint. What to do right now:
I’ve seen this exact situation ~20 times, it almost always gets fixed. Let me know if the owner wants a template email. |

I’m posting on behalf of a friend whose GitHub account appears to have a visibility issue.
