same here, with copilot pro trial, but i use opencode. i even did all this and still dose not work:

Hi,
I am a Copilot Pro subscriber and I have reached my monthly limit of 300 included premium requests (100% usage).
To continue using the premium models, I went to my Billing settings and explicitly added a spending limit budget of $30 for "All Premium Request SKUs".
However, despite adding the budget, Copilot in VS Code still shows "Additional paid premium requests disabled" and blocks me from using the chat.
Steps I have already taken to try and fix this:
It seems the system is not recognizing the budget update. How can I force a refresh so I can continue working?
