Issue: GitHub Student Developer Pack Showing "Still Processing" After Approval

Hi GitHub Education Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with my GitHub Student Developer Pack status that appears to be inconsistent.

My application was approved, and I was able to use GitHub Pro / Education benefits for about 1–2 months after approval.

However, my GitHub Pro / Education benefits suddenly became inactive. It has now been almost 3 months since the benefits disappeared, but my status still shows as Approved.

Current Issue

When I open the Student Developer Pack page:

https://education.github.com/pack

I see the message:

“We're still processing your application. Once this is complete you will have access to the student developer pack offers.”

However, when I check my Education settings page:

https://github.com/settings/education/benefits?locale=en-US

My status is clearly shown as Approved.

So currently:

• Education Settings → Approved
• Student Pack Page → Still processing
• GitHub Pro benefits → Not active

This appears to be a possible synchronization or account state issue rather than a normal review delay.
