Add github repository owner username to the downloaded zip/tgz filename. So original github oauth filename becomes cli-oauth-1.2.2.zip instead of oauth-1.2.2.zip and SamaelxLunafreya's fork becomes SamaelxLunafreya-oauth-1.2.2.zip instead of a duplicated oauth-1.2.2.zip. This gives a more unique name to the downloaded repository file and makes easier to backtrack where it comes from. It would be more user-friendly if we can specify some kind of template of generated filename based on different variables/properties/macros.
