This is a solid collection — especially for teams trying to standardize agent-based CI workflows.

One thing I’m curious about:
How are you handling concurrency control when multiple agents modify workflow state simultaneously? For example, in matrix builds or parallel releases.

It might also be useful to document best practices around secret management and idempotent job design to prevent duplicate execution.
