Hi @imdadulhaque1, I've looked at your screenshots. Your Student Pack is verified and your Copilot Free plan is active. But here is the problem: Student Copilot is NOT the same as regular Copilot Pro. You have a "Coupon applied" for Student benefits, but your Copilot page still shows "Free" plan, not "Student" plan. This is a known issue after the April 20 changes. Quick fix to try:

Your account is caught in between — verified as student but not fully activated for Copilot. Only Support can fix this now. Sorry you are dealing with this. They will sort it out. |

Already, the Student Developer Pack is enabled, but the free version is still showing as active on my accounts.
Here is the Redeem Copilot showing that I am still using the free version.
How can I solve it ?
