I have provided all the documentation, I have set up my profile, I have enabled two factor authenticaltion, I have done all the things but my application keeps being rejected

Hi everyone,

The last time I requested authorization it says "We were unfortunately not able to verify your academic status. Please address the following issues and apply again." and then the box below it is empty. There are no listed issues to address. My documentation couldn't be more clear. I have set up my profile, I have enabled two factor authentication, My .edu email address is to a well known university with an excellent academic reputation.

Could someone look into this?
