Hi everyone
I am writing because I have an open support ticket regarding a billing/account issue, but I haven't received any response for nearly twc weeks now
I have checked my email and spam folders daily, and I've also checked the ticket status on the support page, but there are no updates. This is becoming quite urgent for me.
Ticket: #4317786
waiting since: about 2weeks
could a moderator or staff member please look into this or help me escalate the case? 1 would really appreciate any help to get this resolved.
